Let me begin with need to get back in shape a life long project which I am not consistent about. I have gotten in the habit of taking a two mile walk everyday to sustain my health. Recently I have decided that there was a natural and more efficient way to do this right in my own back yard which brings me to the subject inclination. My backyard inclined with bottom half being some what steep leading to a creek. This part of the yard has a steep inclination about a 20 yard 70 degree inclination. So just like reps I go down this 20 yards and back up 10 times for about 200 yards total. This my friend is a work out far beyond a two mile walk. The first 5 uphill trips are not bad but about the 10th trip you begin to feel it. This is when you need momentum because you know you have 10 more to go. You see in life we have inclinations and the we have inclinations both require momentum. First you have to the inclination A characteristic disposition to do, prefer, or favor one thing rather than another; a propensity. Then you will have the inclination the state of being inclined; a bend or tilted while climbing. You inclination will start you on the journey. Then you will want elevation and this will require momentum and motivation. Do you have a inclination? Get started and don’t stop. Don’t loose your momentum.
